I was honored to be contacted by this Texas bride about her destination wedding in Harbour Island in The Bahamas, a favorite location of mine for relaxation and a perfect wedding venue. Her family has a long history of vacationing there and it was the ideal choice for the celebration. The groom headed to Harbour Island for the wedding just days after finishing law school.
The weekend assignment included events at Rock House and The Dunmore. The ceremony was held at St. John’s Anglican Church where the newlyweds departed for their Pink Sands reception in a decorated golf cart. We were able to get a few portraits of the couple on the famous beaches on arrival. The reception was quite festive and included a lively Junkanoo carnival style parade of musicians.
